Our Mission & Philosophy
We believe a great agent is at the heart of the real estate experience, so we asked ourselves, “What do agents really want?” Advise Realty is unique among real estate companies because we were designed from the ground up to treat our agents with honesty, dignity and respect. And the 100% commission they earned.
So what’s the catch? Fortunately, there is no catch, it just makes good sense. From day one we have been concerned with a win-win scenario for agents, clients and offices, and it is out of that concern that the 100% commission model emerged. Agents bring home the commission they earned? It just makes sense. It’s our belief that a fairly-compensated agent is a happy agent, and a happy agent will give their all to home buyers and sellers. When clients come to Advise Realty, they know they will be working with an agent who really listens.
This philosophy is what has earned us our reputation among real estate agents. Unlike a traditional real estate model, Advise Realty empowers each of its agents with fair compensation and by working quietly behind the scenes so they can really be there for home sellers and buyers in the way a traditional agent cannot. An empowered agent is a motivated agent, and when agents are motivated, we all win: the agent, the client and the office.
At Advise Realty, our agents are unencumbered by office bureaucracy and free to create their own budgets and marketing strategies, so they are able to pass those savings along to the consumer. Our agents, acting as their own boss, are empowered by the positive support behind them and are free to give their full attention to their clients. Our agents feel equally welcome to partake in company resources and opportunities. We care about making sure our agents have everything they need to do what they do best, closing deals. And those real estate transactions are of course how our office benefits. Everybody wins.

We threw away the traditional commission split structure in favor of a paradigm where both the agent and the real estate office benefit. No more employer/employee mindset, no more endless negotiations of commission splits. That’s right, it’s a win-win situation for everyone, and that was our objective from day one.
